This list is Self-Serv! Just like when you subscribed to the list, Unsubscribing is up to you.
There are instructions on how to unsubscribe at the top and bottom of each message sent from the list. You also got instructions on how to unsubscribe when you confirmed your subscription. I am sorry, but with 2200 subscribers across the 25 lists on the server, the management cannot process all subscription requests by hand. There is a program that processes subscriptions at the address shown below. This is the same procedure that you used to subscribe.

and leave the body of the message empty.
Replace the question marks with the email ID you are subscribed under and the name of the list.
Also be sure you spell subscribe correctly. People
often have trouble with spelling of that word.
