Join the Howl2000 Web Ring


NOTE: "Coming Soon" sites will be deleted. Add your site ONLY after you have some content.


A few basic rules:
1. You must be a Howl2000 Mailing list member.
    You must use the same e-mail address to join the sitering as you did
    to join the mailing list or your site will not be added.
2. You must have at least some Halloween content on your web site
    Links only pages don't count, neither do clipart only pages. There is a difference
    between "Artwork" and "Clipart". If your site is for your original Halloween or
    Horror related "Artwork" then you will be accepted into the Ring.
    If in doubt you can always contact the RingMaster.
3. Do Not link directly to the graphics.
    You must download them and place them on your own server. Simply right click
    on the graphics and select "Save As" or whatever option your system gives
    you resembling this.

    Linking directly to graphics on this server is Stealing Bandwidth.
    Anyone caught doing this will have their site deleted without notification!!!

4. The WebRing HTML Fragment may be placed anywhere within the Halloween content
   of your web site as long as it is easy to find.
